Job Description for Telesales Representative:
Position: Tele sales Representative

Location: Gurgaon

Company Overview:
Aarvy Technologies is a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company that specializes in Web Development, mobile development, software development etc We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Tele sales Representatives to join our sales team. As a Tele sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our leads database.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to generate interest and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer concerns and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma; college degree is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
