Sales & Customer Support Executive (American Accent)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing customers, addressing sales inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues.
- Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs, promote products/services, and upsell/cross-sell additional offerings to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and personalized communication.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support sales initiatives.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Psychology is a plus
