Consultation Appointment Coordinator

Coordinating offline (in Bangalore) and online Jyotish and Vastu appointments
- Liaising with consultants, taking their availability and scheduling it for users to book
- Coordinating with customers on regular basis, scheduling appointments for them and making sure that both consultant and user are available on time
- Communicating with leads and customers to answer their queries and ensure a positive customer experience
- Managing payments and consultation timings in case of offline consultations
- Troubleshooting and finding solutions to issues reported by customers
- Maintaining a report of all consultations along with a feedback reports for all consultants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
