Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our telemarketing team. This is a B2C role where you will be speaking directly with consumers to generate interest and book qualified appointments for our client's sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2C calls to prospective clients across Australia.
  • Present the client's services in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Book qualified appointments for sales consultants.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for calls and bookings.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience making calls in the Australian market.
  • B2C experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  • Strong objection handling and rapport-building ability.
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Basic computer literacy and CRM experience.
