Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Finishing Staff: Supervise and direct finishing staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure efficient and effective operations.

2. Workflow Management: Manage workflows, including inspection, finishing treatments, and packaging, to optimize efficiency and productivity.

3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality products by implementing quality control procedures, inspecting products, and addressing quality issues.

4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.

5. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with finishing staff, management, and other departments, providing regular reports on production performance, quality, and safety.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 per year
