**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Management**:

- Oversee and supervise all finishing activities including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and other related tasks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely completion of finishing work.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and within set deadlines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of finishing work.
- Identify and rectify any defects or issues promptly.
- Ensure all materials used meet the required standards and specifications.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any technical issues.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to avoid wastage and ensure optimal use of materials and labor.
- Maintain inventory of materials and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in finishing work.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients regarding the progress of finishing work.
- Address any concerns or requests from clients promptly and professionally.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
