**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the College's mission and objectives.
- Oversee all marketing and communication efforts to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Enhance student and community engagement through innovative outreach programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic departments to highlight academic offerings and achievements.
- Manage public relations efforts to improve visibility and reputation of the institution.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand development and engagement strategies.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and coordinate efforts with external vendors as necessary.
- Report on branding and engagement performance metrics to the senior leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration (M.A./M.B.A.) or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in branding or marketing roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and execute innovative branding campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and engagement tools.
- Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and trends.
