We are seeking an experienced CTO, or Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for overseeing the highest technology executive position within a company. Their duties to examines the short term and long term needs of an organization and directly reports to CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate a vision for how technology utilized in company.
- Company goals and timelines for research and development.
- Develop technical aspects of company strategy for business goals.
- Manage large teams, big data and product life cycle.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Monitor KPI and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

Requirements and skills:

- Master's degree or PhD in IT or MBA with a relevant discipline.
- Languages known: English, Hindi and other country languages.
- Pursue certifications in areas such as project management, development programming or database administration.
- Working Experience in Technical officer for minimum 5 years in **wind industry.**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership with problem solver and Technical knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, vaccination requirements,etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
