**Job Description**:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at HERE AND NOW - The French Institute, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and technological advancements across our organization. You will be responsible for leading our efforts to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our teaching methodologies and core activities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Lead the integration of AI into our teaching methods, curriculum development, and student assessment processes to enhance learning outcomes.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that support business growth and innovation.

5. Drive the implementation of AI-powered solutions to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall student experience.

6. Provide leadership and guidance to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

7. Oversee the development and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure and systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

8. Partner with consultants, and technology partners to leverage external expertise and resources as needed.

9. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to technology initiatives, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

10. Lead the organization's efforts to comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of leadership and experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions in an educational or related industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and other relevant tools and techniques.

4. Strong business acumen and ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset, capable of anticipating future technology trends and opportunities.

7. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

8. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

9. Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

10. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, and experience implementing compliance measures.
