- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage hospital social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond as needed.
- Develop social media campaigns to promote hospital services, events, and community outreach efforts.
- **Crisis Communication**:

- Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols to address potential issues or emergencies.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the hospital during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to the media and the public.
- Coordinate with hospital leadership, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to manage communication during crises.
- **Performance Measurement**:

- Track and analyze media coverage and social media engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
