Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and Coordination:

- Develop comprehensive plans for hospital camps, including setting objectives, identifying target demographics, and selecting suitable locations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and community organizations to ensure all aspects of the camp are well-organized and executed efficiently.
- Schedule and oversee all activities during the camp, including medical screenings, consultations, vaccinations, and health education sessions.
- Logistics Management:

- Arrange for necessary equipment, medical supplies, and support staff required for the camp.
- Ensure proper setup of tents, booths, and other infrastructure at the campsite.
- Coordinate transportation for medical staff, volunteers, and patients to and from the camp location.
- Volunteer and Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers who will assist with various tasks during the camp.
- Assign roles and responsibilities to volunteers and ensure they understand their tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to medical staff participating in the camp, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards of care.
- Communication and Outreach:

- Collaborate with the hospital's marketing and communications team to promote the camp through various channels, including social media, local newspapers, and community bulletin boards.
- Respond to inquiries from the public regarding the camp, its services, and eligibility criteria.
- Establish relationships with community leaders and organizations to increase awareness and participation in the camp.
- Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of patient registrations, medical services provided, and outcomes of the camp.
- Compile data and prepare reports on camp activities, including patient demographics, health issues identified, and follow-up recommendations.
- Utilize data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of the camp and identify areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
