Profile:

Working Days:

- 6 Days (9:30 AM- 6:30 PM)

**Position -** Customer Support Executive

**KRA**:

- Handle an average of 60-80 telephonic calls per day, delivering outstanding customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in executing sales leads.
- Help clients with their financial investments and facilitate daily transactions within designated deadlines. Develop and foster strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and callhandling quotas.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 month of relevant experience in customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of products/services to enhance customer support.
- Ability to oversee the customer service process and ensure its efficiency.
- Create a pleasant working environment for the team.
- Demonstrated convincing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
