**Customer Interaction**:

- Welcome and greet customers warmly.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences to offer appropriate suggestions.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, materials, and designs.
- Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales**:

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle negotiations and close sales effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and financing options.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of jewelry types, gemstones, metals, and trends.
- Educate customers on the care and maintenance of jewelry.
- Stay updated with new arrivals and inventory.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist with stock checks and inventory management.
- Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of high-value items.
- Report low stock levels or popular items to management.
- **Store Presentation**:

- Arrange displays attractively to showcase products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and showcases.
- Ensure jewelry items are properly labeled with accurate prices and descriptions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
