2. Develop strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and past purchases.

3. Explain the quality, craftsmanship, and value of jewelry pieces.

**Product Expertise**

1. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Peals, gemstones, precious metals like silver, one gram gold and jewelry design.

2. Stay updated on trends, collections, and industry standards.

**Sales Goals and Reporting**

1. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

2. Track and report daily sales performance to management.

**Inventory Management**

1. Assist in organizing, stocking, and securing inventory.

2. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.

**Team Support and Leadership**

1. Mentor junior sales associates and provide training on sales techniques and product knowledge.

2. Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

**Store Operations**

1. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.

Ensure all displays are updated and aligned with seasonal campaigns.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
