**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers; uncover needs through attentive questioning.
- Showcase and explain product features, craftsmanship, and purity certifications.

**Sales & Upselling**:

- Meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Recommend complementary pieces or upgrades to enhance basket size.

**Relationship Management**:

- Follow up with prospective buyers, maintain customer database, and nurture repeat business.

**Store Operations Support**:

- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and window displays.
- Ensure the showroom is immaculate, well-organised, and that products are attractively presented.

**Compliance & Security**:

- Adhere to all GST, billing, and internal control procedures.
- Safeguard high-value stock and escalate any discrepancies immediately.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
At least 1 year of experience in selling wedding diamond jewellery.
Strong sales track record with experience dealing with high-end clientele.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking with VIP customers.
Good knowledge of jewellery products and the luxury market.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
