**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our robotics solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from clients and incorporate it into product improvement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass / Any Bachelor's degree or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
