Job Description : Associate - US IT sales/Support. ( Only Experienced and Immediate joiners will be prefered)

Demonstrating and presenting products to customers and explaining their features and benefits.

Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Providing technical support and assistance to customers as needed.

Collaborating with product development teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and preferences.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to stay knowledgeable and competitive in the market.

Negotiating and closing sales contracts with customers.

Managing sales data and tracking progress towards sales goals.

Providing training and support to other sales team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹344,373.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
