Required experience:

- Minimum2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Job Responsibilities:
- Experienceworking with English and American clients
- Proven experience as telesalesrepresentative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record ofsuccessfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevantcomputer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about productsand services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able tohandle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skillswith the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BAwill be a plus

Key Responsibilities:
On-call support (Be available if needed orscheduled)
- Pitch AT&T subscriptions to customers in the USAClosedeals and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptionalcustomer service and support to customers
- Assist customers with basicinquiring such as billing and other small tasks.
- Help present new productsfor customers to promote new sales.
- Achieve sales quotas fornew services and products.
- AT&Tsales rep should be able to quickly assess the customers’ need and help themwith their requests.
- Contact potential or existing customers toinform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or thecompany
- Ask questions to understand customerrequirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team whenneeded
- Enter and update customer information in thedatabase
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’sreputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota andfacilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and noteuseful information

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

**Language**:

- English (required)

Ability to Commute:
