Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain positive relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or self-generated leads.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Sales Conversion**:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers to facilitate conversions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.
- **Market Awareness**:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Tele Sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and high energy levels.
Pay: ₹9,515.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
