**Job description**

A tele caller, is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers with the purpose of promoting products, services, or conducting surveys. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, and developing sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects using a provided list or database.
- Sales and Marketing: Promoting and selling products or services to potential customers. Tele callers may be required to meet specific sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team to follow up on.
- Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating customer information in the company's database during or after calls.
- Follow-Up: Making follow-up calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction, offer additional products or services, or gather feedback.

**Qualification Skill Required**
- Freshers - 12th pass or Graduate can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Persuasive and confident in promoting products or services.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and Internet
- Positive and Energetic Attitude Excellent organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
