We are hiring motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our coffee distribution team in Bhosari. This role involves B2B and B2C selling of premium coffee beans to retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, and end consumers. We welcome freshers and individuals from other industries who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Actively promote and sell coffee beans to new and existing customers

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

Visit cafes, retailers, wholesalers, and other prospects in the area

Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups

Explain product benefits, pricing, and usage to clients

Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily progress

Collect market feedback and suggest improvements to the sales strategy

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

**Skills & Requirements**:
Strong communication and presentation skills

Passion for food & beverage products, especially coffee (preferred)

Willingness to travel within Bhosari and nearby regions

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Customer-focused attitude

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

**What We Offer**:
Fixed salary between ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
