**Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive**

**Department**: Marketing
**Reports To**: Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and business goals.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI analysis for marketing activities.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking; proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, social media management).
