**Game Attendant Job Summary**

We are looking for a Game Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service in our game room.

The Game Room Attendant will greet customers and help them to choose the game they wish to play. They will also be responsible for keeping the game room clean, tidy and in good working order. They will also be responsible for collecting money from customers, ensuring that all games are working correctly and helping customers to follow the safety guidelines.

**Game Attendant Role**

**Game Room Attendant**: Responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable environment for customers playing in a game room. Duties include monitoring customers, enforcing rules, and ensuring that the facility is clean and well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and ensure the facility is kept safe and secure
- Ensure all games and equipment are in full working order
- Assist visitors in understanding how to play the games and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure the facility is cleaned by the House keeping staff and maintain the game room to a high standard
- Provide a friendly and professional service to all visitors
- Ensure any lost property is stored securely

**Game Attendant Skills**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic game room operations

**Game Attendant Requirements**
- Have a friendly and upbeat attitude
- Be knowledgeable about the games offered
- Be able to provide clear instructions to customers
- Be able to maintain a safe and clean environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
