Responsibilities:

- **Lab Setup and Maintenance**: Set up and maintain electronic and telecommunication laboratories with necessary equipment, instruments, and software tools.
- **Assistance in Experiments**: Assist faculty and students during practical sessions, experiments, and projects. Provide guidance on using laboratory equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- **Equipment Calibration**: Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and other testing instruments to ensure accurate results.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory of laboratory supplies, components, and materials. Order supplies as needed and maintain records of equipment usage.
- **Documentation**: Prepare documentation for laboratory experiments, procedures, safety guidelines, and equipment manuals. Maintain records of student performance, experiment results, and equipment maintenance logs.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to faculty, researchers, and students for their projects and experiments. Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in laboratory operations. Train students and staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- **Research Support**: Assist faculty and researchers in conducting experiments, collecting data, and analyzing results for research projects in the field of electronic and telecommunication engineering.
- **Software Tools**: Familiarity with simulation software tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or CAD tools used in electronic circuit design and analysis.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality and accuracy of experimental setups and results. Perform regular checks and calibrations to maintain the reliability of laboratory equipment.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering or a related field is typically required. A higher degree (e.g., Master's) may be preferred for certain positions.
- **#Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of electronic circuits, telecommunications systems, and laboratory equipment. Proficiency in using tools such as oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, and soldering equipment.
- **#Communication**: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with faculty, students, and other staff members. Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- **#Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills to manage laboratory resources, inventory, and documentation efficiently.
- **#Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- **#Teamwork**: Capability to work collaboratively with faculty, researchers, and students in a laboratory environment.
- **#Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment in the laboratory.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,480.28 per month
