**Job Summary**:
The Computer Lab Assistant supports the daily operations of a computer lab, ensuring that equipment is functioning properly, providing technical assistance to users, and maintaining a productive and secure environment for students, faculty, or staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist users with hardware and software issues.
- Monitor the lab to ensure appropriate use of equipment and resources.
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and peripheral devices.
- Maintain inventory of lab equipment and supplies.
- Enforce lab policies and procedures.
- Report technical problems to IT support or escalate as necessary.
- Keep the lab environment clean, organized, and secure.
- Assist in scheduling lab hours or managing reservations (if applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with common software (Microsoft Office, browsers, printing utilities).
- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
