**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical assistance to students and faculty using the IT lab.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- **Lab Maintenance**:

- Maintain and repair IT lab equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and promptly address any malfunctions.
- Manage inventory of lab equipment and supplies, and report any shortages.
- **User Assistance**:

- Assist students and faculty with IT-related queries and tasks.
- Conduct basic training sessions on lab equipment and software as needed.
- **Lab Management**:

- Ensure the IT lab is clean, organized, and conducive to a productive learning environment.
- Enforce lab rules and policies to maintain an orderly environment.
- Schedule and manage lab usage to prevent conflicts and ensure availability.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of lab usage, equipment inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on lab activities, issues, and improvements as required.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for common tasks.
- **Network and Security**:

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the lab’s network infrastructure.
- Ensure the security of lab equipment and data by implementing appropriate measures.
- Monitor lab activities to prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with IT staff, faculty, and students to support lab activities.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Participate in IT department meetings and contribute to the development of lab policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support or IT lab environment is preferred.
- Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
