**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 Sample Preparation & Handling**:
◦ Prepare and process various microbiological samples (cultures, media, reagents, etc.) for testing.
◦ Ensure proper labeling and storage of samples according to lab protocols.
**2 Lab Support**:
◦ Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of lab equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, microscopes, and centrifuges.
◦ Monitor and maintain cultures, bacterial strains, and other microbiological materials.
**3 Testing & Experiments**:
◦ Assist with microbiological testing and experiments (e.g., bacterial identification, antibiotic sensitivity tests, sterility tests, etc.).
◦ Perform routine tests and record accurate observations of results.
**4 Documentation & Reporting**:
◦ Accurately maintain laboratory notebooks, logbooks, and electronic records.
◦ Assist in data entry and generation of reports as needed.
**5 Lab Maintenance**:
◦ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab, including sterilization of glassware, equipment, and workstations.
◦ Ensure the availability and inventory of lab supplies, reagents, and consumables.
**6 Safety Compliance**:
◦ Adhere to all laboratory safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following biohazard protocols.
◦ Dispose of hazardous materials according to regulatory guidelines.
**7 Collaboration**:
◦ Work closely with microbiologists and other team members to ensure smooth lab operations.
◦ Assist with special projects or research initiatives as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
**◦ **Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
**Experience**:
◦ Experience 0-2 years

Previous experience working in a microbiology lab is preferred.
◦ Familiarity with basic microbiological techniques and equipment.
**Skills**:
◦ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
◦ Good understanding of laboratory safety practices.
◦ Ability to follow instructions and work independently under supervision.
◦ Strong communication and organizational skills has context menu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
