**Who We’re Looking For**

A **tech-savvy, camera-ready micro-influencer** who knows how to shoot, edit, and engage from start to finish. You’ll be the in-house face and voice of GenxMeta’s content—from reels and TikToks to tutorials and campaign launches. You’ll not only create but also _own_ the content process.

You should be comfortable with:

- Being on camera regularly
- Speaking about Web3, tech, or gaming topics with flair
- Turning raw footage into polished content
- Keeping content fresh, entertaining, and on-brand

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form videos for YouTube or campaigns
- shoot and edit content independently
- Build narratives around products, launches, behind-the-scenes, and client stories
- Stay updated on content trends, hashtags, memes, and viral formats
- Be the face of our social content—consistent, creative, and on-point
- Track analytics, suggest improvements, and experiment with formats
- Manage and post content across relevant platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

**What You Bring**
- 1-2 years experience as a content creator or influencer (Tech/Web3/Gaming niche preferred)
- Comfort in front of the camera with a compelling on-screen presence
- Editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Strong grasp of social trends, meme culture, and what makes content go viral
- Ability to create end-to-end: From ideation to post-production
- Experience using tripods, lighting setups, mics, etc. is a bonus
- Tech geek, gamer, or Web3 curious? Major plus
- Portfolio or social media handles that showcase your work

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
