We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our academic team as an Academic Associate. The Academic Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our institution's academic programs and initiatives.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with faculty members to assist in developing and enhancing academic curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- **Course Coordination**: Manage logistics related to course scheduling, materials, and evaluations. Coordinate with instructors to facilitate a smooth delivery of courses.
- **Student Support**: Provide academic support to students, including guidance on course selection, study strategies, and resources. Address student inquiries and concerns related to academic matters.
- **Research Assistance**: Support faculty members in research projects, literature reviews, and data collection. Contribute to academic publications and presentations as needed.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing academic events such as conferences, workshops, and seminars. Manage logistics, coordinate speakers, and ensure the successful execution of events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for education and a willingness to learn and grow in the academic support role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
