About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of research article submissions to academic journals. You will work closely with authors, editors, and publishing partners to ensure the smooth and timely processing of manuscripts from submission to publication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete process of article submission to academic journals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of submissions, acknowledgments, and communications.
  • Coordinate with authors, editors, and publishing partners to provide updates and clarifications.
  • Monitor timelines and follow up to ensure timely review and publication of articles.
  • Prepare regular reports on submission status, pending actions, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure adherence to publication standards and quality guidelines.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the publishing workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of academic publishing or research processes (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
