
Front Desk Executive

**Front Office and Reception Handling**: Attend incoming and outgoing calls. Greet walk-in clients and visitors with a positive attitude. Manage and maintain the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

**- Travel Management**: Serve as a backup resource for coordinating travel arrangements for Clients / Guests
- **Vendor Coordination**: Timely submission and clearance of invoices.
**- Record Keeping**: Maintain records for front office activities. Efficiently manage bills, records, and registers.
**- Hygiene and Sanitation**: Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and hygiene of the front office and reception area. Maintain a high level of hygiene in all office premises.
**- Administrative Support**: Assist various departments with data entry, document preparation, and filing. Handle general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
**- Customer Service**: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing calls. Office Supplies and Inventory: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels. Submit procurement requests when necessary.
**- Working Conditions**: Regular working hours with the possibility of occasional overtime. Standard office hours with occasional flexibility.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration as proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
