**Key Result Areas**
- To develop the Revenue of Wildcraft Gear, FW & Apparel, Luggage, Innerwear, Personal Care Products in the territory assigned.
- Achieving channel/Category wise secondary and primary targets and planning / executing initiatives enabling the same.
- Executing Sales targets /priorities and territory, town coverage.
- Relationship building with key associates and Network management & expansion.
- Prepare pipeline EDO Stores and ensure targeted delivery.(POS/EDO expansion and initiatives to grow retail).
- Developing the multi-Category channel.
- Assisting the Manager in managing / restructuring DB's and markets in tune to a healthy business dynamics.
- Assisting the manager in firming up Business plans of DB's and key accounts.
- Assisting the Manager in forecasting for products and analyzing depth and width of distribution.
- Collection Management from all partners.
- Competition Tracking & Audits.
- Timely Reports submission and Adherence to sales Norms.
**Key Deliverables**
- Achieving sales targets
- **Interfacing with supply chain, brand managers for Right product in right time.**:
- Ensure Product requirements and execute service policy to resolve dealer / consumer issues
- Monitoring actual Sec/ primary sales v/s targets
- Monitoring and driving local level promotions to achieve targets and feedback on schemes / products.
- Reviewing performance of Business of key dealers & DB and take corrective action.
- Implementation of company policies as applicable.
- Ensuring SO compliance to sales processes.
- AR Management.
**Experience and Education**
- Graduate in any discipline with MBA from Good B-Schools (B Schools not a mandate).
- Minimum 4-6years experience in Distribution / Trade Channel Sales barring FMCG trade.
- Management with at least 2 years in team management role.
- Should have managed Trade Distribution Sales network.
- Good analytical skills, IQ, Customer focus, Innovation drive.
- Strong business orientation and Acumen
- High Interpersonal, communication and execution skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
