We are looking for a passionate and dynamic
Sales & Marketing - Executive and Manager
to join our team and drive relationships with music labels, artists, and partners, ensuring growth and market penetration for A3 Tunes and A3 Labels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
music labels, independent artists, and key stakeholders
in the music industry. - Drive
pre-sales and post-sales client engagement
, ensuring seamless onboarding, release management, and ongoing satisfaction. - Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into partnerships.
- Collaborate with the teams to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage
artist relationships
, including guiding them through distribution processes, release strategies, and performance tracking. - Provide insights to improve sales strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and revenue forecasts using
Excel and CRM tools
. - Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Excellent communication skills
in English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.). - Proven experience in
music label/client relationship management
. - Strong
pre-sales and post-sales confidence
, capable of handling negotiations and client queries independently. - Ability to manage and guide
artists professionally
, ensuring smooth collaboration. - Proficiency in
Excel, reporting, and written communication
. - Willingness and ability to travel
as per business requirements; candidates should not have any restrictions on travel. - Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Passion for music and deep understanding of the music industry is highly desirable.
