**Job Title**: International Voice Process - Healthcare
**Location**: Hitech City
**Shift**: Rotational (Night Shift)
**Qualification**: Grads/Undergrads
**Transport**:2 Way Cab (30Kms)
5 Days Working

Company is hiring for a **Healthcare Voice Process** role, offering a dynamic opportunity to be part of a world-class BPO environment. We are looking for talented individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service in the healthcare domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls related to healthcare services.
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality (C1 level).
- Adhere to compliance and data privacy regulations related to healthcare.
- Update customer records accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and meet performance metrics.

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of **customer service principles**.
- Ability to handle pressure and work during **US shifts**.
- Prior experience in **healthcare BPO** (preferred but not mandatory).

**Package**:

- **Freshers**: Upto 5 LPA

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
