**Job Title**: Sr International Customer Support
**Experience Required**: 1 Year in international voice process (Inbound)
**Salary Package**: ₹3.9 LPA to ₹4.7 LPA
**Shift Timing**: Rotational Night Shifts(Graveyard Shifts)

**5 Days working 2 rotational week offs.**

**2 way cab provided.**
**Location**: Hitech City

**Experience Documents are Mandatory**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, international voice process.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills while interacting with international clients.
- Meet performance metrics, including call resolution, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Comfortable with dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
