**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment in our yoga classes, workshops, and events.
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to establish partnerships and collaborations that promote our brand and expand our reach.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities to connect with potential clients and build a strong presence in the local community.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including instructors, administrators, and customer service representatives, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brand image.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and a network of contacts in the Pune area is a plus.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for yoga and holistic well-being.
- Presentable demeanor.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
