Handling registration of E- TEndering portals and digital signature certificates.
- Search for live tenders in civil works and toll operations categories, taking managerial approval & Bidding Tender.
- Keep the records of corrigendum issued for the selected tenders to be bided.
- Clarification of Bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Preparing Pre
- Bid queries.
- Manage the tender submission through its entire lifecycle.
- Study tender documents and prepare/arrange technical and commercial documents.
- Coordination with various departments like Finance, Mechanical, etc for preparation of the quality tender proposal.
- Online tender submission & offline tender drafting.
- Discuss with management regarding clarification sought from departments for various tenders.
- Understanding of Pre-Qualification requirements.
- Continuously updating upcoming tenders and tenders quoted in datasheet prepared.
- Keeping Records of Documents, maintaining files and necessary documents related to tender work.
- Check various tender search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the organization.
- To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation, authorization, and dispatch.
- To maintain confidentially at all times.
- Responsible for handling the entire tender from registration of inquiry to finalization and submission.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusting them to the time frame given by the departments.
- Follow up tender registration & payments dues in various government departments.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
