
Housekeeping Desk Attendant

A housekeeping desk attendant's responsibilities include:
- **Managing housekeeping operations**: Opening the housekeeping department, issuing assignments, and reviewing special requests
- **Updating room availability**: Sending room availability and turnover updates to the front desk coordinator
- **Building assignment boards**: Building and verifying assignment boards to ensure housekeepers are productive
- **Maintaining cleanliness**: Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the housekeeping department
- **Monitoring requests**: Monitoring and following up on guest requests
- **Acting as a contact point**: Acting as the main contact point between housekeeping and other departments
- **Performing other job-related duties**: Performing any other job-related duties as assigned
Housekeeping desk attendants may also be responsible for:
- Receiving guest messages, such as requests for extra supplies, baby-sitting services, or DND rooms
- Assigning routine and changed duties to housekeeping staff
- Transmitting departure room numbers to the floor supervisor
- Inspecting rooms for mini bar consumption and conveying the information to the control desk
- Posting laundry and mini bar bills to guest accounts
- Maintaining the keys rack and keeping track of keys
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
