**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical training on:

- Skin care basics and advanced treatments
- Beauty therapy techniques (facials, clean-ups, exfoliation, etc.)
- Product knowledge (ingredients, usage, benefits)
- Hygiene and sanitation practices
- Client consultation and service protocols
- Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, and videos.
- Stay updated with current beauty trends, technologies, and products.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Train staff on new product launches and treatment protocols.
- Assist in onboarding new staff or franchise partners with initial training.
- Organize workshops, demos, and promotional training events.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and certification.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a beauty therapist, skin specialist, or trainer.
- Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with cosmetic or skincare brands is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and product chemistry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,081.11 - ₹30,000.00 per month
