Benci International Academy are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Beauty/Skin Care Trainer to educate and train professionals and clients on skin care techniques, beauty treatments, and product usage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the beauty or dermatology field and strong communication skills to deliver practical and theoretical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training on:
• Skin care basics and advanced treatments
• Beauty therapy techniques (facials, clean-ups, exfoliation, etc.)
• Product knowledge (ingredients, usage, benefits)
• Hygiene and sanitation practices
• Client consultation and service protocols
• Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Stay updated with current beauty trends, technologies, and products.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Train staff on new product launches and treatment protocols.
• Assist in onboarding new staff or franchise partners with initial training.
• Organize workshops, demos, and promotional training events.
• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and certification.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field CIDESCO is compulsory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a beauty therapist, skin specialist, or trainer.
• Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with cosmetic or skincare brands is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and product chemistry.

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
