Hair Care & Styling Perform haircuts, blow-drying, straightening, curling, and hairstyling based on customer preferences. Suggest and apply hair treatments like spa, coloring, smoothening, and keratin. Recommend the right hair care products based on client requirements. Keep updated with the latest hairstyle trends and techniques. 3. Makeup & Grooming Provide professional makeup services for weddings, parties, events, and shoots. Apply daily, party, and bridal makeup according to client expectations. Perform grooming services like eyebrow shaping, threading, and facial contouring. Suggest suitable makeup products based on skin tone and texture. 4. Nail Care Services Provide manicure, pedicure, nail art, and nail extensions services. Recommend nail care products and maintain proper hygiene standards. Stay updated on the latest nail art techniques and industry innovations. 5. Client Consultation & Relationship Management Greet customers warmly and understand their beauty needs. Provide expert advice on beauty treatments, products, and after-care. Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. 6. Hygiene & Safety Standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of salon equipment, tools, and workstations. Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols during services. Ensure tools like scissors, combs, brushes, and nail kits are sterilized regularly. Use quality products and ensure safe application techniques. 7. Product Sales & Upselling Recommend beauty products, treatments, and packages to clients. Upsell promotional offers, loyalty memberships, and new services. Maintain knowledge of in-house and branded beauty products. Assist in stock management and inventory tracking. Required Skills & Competencies 1.
