**Job Title**: Pre Primary Coordinator

**Reports To**: Principal of the Institution.

**Job Summary**:
An academic coordinator is primarily in charge of spearheading and overseeing the development of curriculums in public and private learning institutions. Above all, an academic coordinator enforces the institution's policies and regulations to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment for the students.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Handle student issues, evaluate transfer credits, calculate GPA, time manage daily takes along with general office duties.
- They may also participate in the creation of effective teaching materials and programs in adherence to the educational standards.
- managing the teaching staff, monitoring their progress, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.
- Prepare and maintain student records according to district policies and administrative regulations.
- Assist in development of training modules and programs.
- Manage orientation, training and relocation for new faculties.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree of bachelors or masters in education or relevant equivalent degree.
- two or more years teaching experience.
- Knowledge of current student curriculum and programs
- Thorough knowledge of state standards and requirements for secondary school education
- Experience in administration and supervision.

Pay: ₹35,941.22 - ₹45,162.24 per month

Schedule:
