We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at [Café Name]. As a Barista, you will be the heart of the café, crafting exceptional coffee and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations will help ensure that every customer has an unforgettable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and teas, following the café's recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly, approachable manner and take orders with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean and balanced cash register.
- Keep the coffee station, kitchen, and dining areas tidy and well-organized throughout the day.
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean workspace.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor and replenish inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Participate in training and ongoing skill development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
