**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee based Hot & Cold beverages, and Mocktails, following standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling transactions.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all products.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and specialty drinks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to learning more about it.
