**Position: Barista or Head Barista**

**Location: HSR LAYOUT BANGALORE**

**Experience: Minimum 2 year as a Barista or in a similar role or less experience but should be able to represent.**

**Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and trial performance)**

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a range of coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to customers, consistently following cafe recipes and standards

Operate brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and POS terminals efficiently and safely

Showcase your coffee-making skills and drink consistency during a pre-hiring trial session on our machine. Latte art, recipe adaptation, and efficiency will be evaluated.Greet and engage customers, answer menu questions, and recommend products or customizations as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and seating area throughout shifts, adhering to hygiene and food safety guidelines

Manage inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring ingredient levels, and assisting with opening and closing duties.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or specialty coffee shop.

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.Familiarity with latte art and recipe consistency.Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Time management skills and ability to work efficiently during busy peak hours
