What You'll Do:
- Master the art of crafting espresso-based beverages like cappuccinos and lattes
- Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Learn our menu, coffee blends, snacks, and specialty items
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company policies for a safe, efficient work environment
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment with confidence
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- A genuine interest in coffee and a desire to learn
Training Provided:
We offer comprehensive training to help you gain hands-on experience and grow in your role.
Location:
BTM Layout, Bengaluru (must be able to commute or relocate before joining)
