
Sales Executive

1. Proven experience (2-4 years) in B2B sales, preferably in Facility, Pest Control, B2B Washroom Hygiene.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectively.
3. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking within the B2B sector.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
9. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products/services and closing deals.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
11. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
