FULL-TIME- (GURGAON- )Role and Responsibilities:
This position acts as an advisor regarding all the activities related to widening the pool of recruiters,

specifically in the corporate sector. This is an exciting opportunity, involving the chance to connect

one of India's premier Business Schools with India's most prominent organisations. The individual

selected will need to have excellent strategic and interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent

Maters' Union at the highest level of corporate India. More importantly, he/she will also assist with

establishing strategies, policies, procedures in accordance with generally accepted principles and laws.
- Develop and implement all corporate outreach strategies.
- Smoothly organise and conduct various Corporate Outreach activities
- Stay abreast of sector developments in order to enhance the effectiveness of Outreach

efforts.
- To do research and bring ample opportunities for placements.
- Creating and identifying various opportunities in the industry for placements and

internships.
- To identify various sector/domain for which the industries are hiring and connecting with

them.
- Strategizing the whole placement procedure and evaluating the same by profile mapping.
- Create and nurture alliances with relevant channel partners in major cities, maintaining the

highest standards of professionalism.
- Executing strategies through regular physical and virtual interactions with corporate.
- Developing business development goals and strategy for the team.
- Building relationships with CHROs and CXOs in India's top corporations.
- Organising, attending and participating in events advocating Masters' Union.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

**Required Skills**:
1. Excellent quantitative, analytical communication and problem-solving skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent written and verbal skills.

3. Prior experience in placements and outreach with educational universities preferred.

4. Research driven personality possessing leadership skills as well.

5. Understanding of the Indian Higher Education landscape and related policies.

6. Ability to direct, manage, implement and evaluate department operations.

7. Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.

6. Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.

7. Independent facilitator with proven organizational ability and skill for handling multiple tasks

simultaneously.
