**Role Overview**:
As a **Customer Success Associate** at Transcom, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction through effective communication. You will handle customer inquiries, provide resolution to their concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role demands a professional with strong telesales expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and address their queries.
- Resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions in alignment with PhonePe (MLS) processes.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services as necessary to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions to build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduation is mandatory.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience is required.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
