A field sales executive for personal loans, Business loans, RDs, and FDs typically has the following responsibilities:

- **Prospecting**: Identify new clients and form joint liability groups
- **Loan documentation**: Complete loan documentation
- **Managing relationships**: Maintain relationships with existing clients
- **Negotiating**: Negotiate deals to achieve sales targets
- **Advising**: Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements to advise clients
- **Customer relationship management**: Explain product offerings and resolve sales queries
- **Cross-selling**: Educate customers about product offerings
- **Visiting clients**: Visit potential customers to develop business
- **Collecting dues**: Collect current and overdue dues from customers
- **Disbursements**: Collect KYC documents and assist with disbursement activities
